JOE MCDERMOTT

Before entering real estate in 2006, Joe McDermott worked in corporate sales and marketing positions in the RV manufacturing business. During the “great recession” he built his real estate career by helping distressed home owners successfully sell their homes while dealing with aggressive mortgage lenders.

 

In 2007 he founded Century 21 Preferred and helped grow that company to the largest real estate brokerage in Murrieta, CA. In 2010 he founded Inland Valley Escrow—one of Riverside County’s premier escrow providers. In 2016 Joe and his wife Michelle (also a Realtor) sold their companies and launched McDermott Realty Group, an independent brokerage with a client-centric, rather than an agent-centric, philosophy to help home buyers
and sellers.

 

While real estate is Joe’s passion in business, his real love is his wife Michelle and their two daughters. Joe and Michelle enjoy travel and are actively involved in Faith Bible Church Menifee.
